Restart is a partnership with Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council through the homeless initiatives put in place to tackle and reduce homelessness within the borough. Please read below for how we can help.
ABOUT US
Our support and services:
- Allocated a dedicated key worker,
- Support and advice on areas identified in weekly 1-2-1 sessions
- Signposting to other services if required
- Supporting previous tenants in their transition into independent living, implementing skills developed from their time in Restart accommodation
- Regular sweeps across the borough, supporting individuals found with referrals to the relevant services and supported to find accommodation where possible
- Links with StreetLink - connecting people sleeping rough to local services
